Waipu Cove, with its excellent 5km golden sand beach, is only a 4 minute drive.  The township of Waipu is 10 mins drive North, and has shops, schools, medical clinic, museums, restaurants and bars, including the legendary McLeod’s Pizza Barn. The township of Mangawhai Heads is 15 mins drive to the South, with similar facilities, and both towns have excellent golf courses and sports centres.

The estate is accessed on the east side of Cullen Road, 3.3 kilometers up from Cove Road.
